7-Day South Downs Way Route Itinerary — Hiker Pace

The classic week-long route at a comfortable walking pace

A popular choice for fit walkers who want to complete the South Downs Way in a week. Seven days at hiker pace means slightly longer stages than the explorer schedule, covering roughly 23 km per day. You'll still have time to appreciate the trail, just with a bit more purpose in each step.
