    Wales Coast Path

    Wales · Wales
    Challenging

A 1,400km trail following the entire Welsh coastline from Chepstow in the south-east to Queensferry in the north-east. Wales was the first country in the world to have a continuous path around its entire coast. The route encompasses the Gower Peninsula, Pembrokeshire's cathedral city of St Davids, the Ceredigion Heritage Coast, the Llŷn Peninsula, and the shores beneath Snowdonia. Expect varied walking from gentle promenades to rugged cliff paths, with dramatic coastal scenery, castle towns, and wildlife including dolphins, seals, and choughs.
